Email your order number and checkout email address. If the order number is missing, include your approximate purchase date.

Request a refund

This opens an email draft. Send it to submit your request. No reason is required within the 14-day window. Please don’t include payment details or your vault.

1. A 14-day refund window

COX AI CO. LLC offers a full refund for the Nodetaker founding-beta purchase when you request it within 14 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to justify your decision. Downloading, installing, or trying the app does not remove this voluntary refund offer.

There is no subscription to cancel. A refund returns the purchase payment; it does not create a recurring plan or cancellation fee.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@nodetakerapp.com with the subject Nodetaker refund, your order number, and the email address used at checkout. If you cannot find the order number, send the purchase email and approximate purchase date so we can help locate it. Do not send a card number, bank details, password, or your vault.

Requests received within the window qualify even if processing happens later. We arrange refunds through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, including applicable refundable tax. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

3. Problems outside the window

Contact us for missing downloads, duplicate charges, or software that does not match the offer. The 14-day policy does not replace or shorten any right to repair, replacement, refund, withdrawal, or another remedy provided by applicable law.

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and may independently issue refunds under its policies, including within 60 days to help prevent chargebacks. Nothing here prevents you from contacting it or exercising rights through your payment provider.

4. Your consumer rights

Where statutory withdrawal or digital-content rules apply, they remain in effect. Any legally required consent to immediate delivery or acknowledgment concerning withdrawal must be handled separately in checkout; agreeing to these policies alone does not waive it. Our voluntary 14-day refund offer still applies after download.

A beta label does not remove mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered software.

5. After a refund

A full refund ends the license attached to that purchase. Stop using and remove those copies of the app unless you hold another valid license or the law permits continued use. Your notes, media, and exported files remain yours; you do not need to delete them.
